Offenburg, Germany (September 2011) - RPConnect creates a wider loop in the worldwide web.  In addition to the existing networks in the United States, Czech Republic, and in the Philippines, RPConnect mounted three more webportals in Germany.  Noubikko, Head and Founder of RPConnect, assembled his networks in Germany to accomplish the running of the new webportals.

Noubikko wants to capture more Filipino audience outside the Philippines by delivering information of diverse character.  “Millions of Filipinos work and travel around the world.  For sure, each has his own story to tell.  A very significant story of an overseas Filipino worker can affect the lives of other Filipinos.  We are living in a world surrounded with computers and only through the worldwide web that information can run its fastest route,” Noubikko explained. 

With careful planning and project time lining, the three webportals are successfully loaded online.  These are www.pinoysignal.com, www.pinoyhiway.com, and www.campuswebpress.com.  While the two former websites are concentrated to news and features of Filipinos’ activities around the world, the latter is focused on students and teachers who wanted to bring their paper-published school organ online.  This would provide chances for pioneer writers to thrust forward their writing skills and feel the difference of an online experience.

Noubikko assigned Shanaz Well to pioneer the content management of the webportals with the support of other writers.  Shanaz Well is a professional university teacher in the Philippines and was once the Managing Editor of the Philippine Island Courier News, a publication owned by the RPConnect.  Shanaz Well moved in to Germany to unite with her family so her presence in the country will positively bring the webportals to its productive goals.
